About Me
Hello! I’m Caroline, thank you for taking the time to view my website. So, you’re thinking of counselling? Well, first of all - well done you! You should be proud of yourself as counselling is a journey of self discovery that can take a lot of bravery to start.
I am here for you and your partner in all relationship aspects and in individual counselling whether it be anxiety, stress, grief, depression or other mental health issues. I can offer you the opportunity to explore your challenges in a safe and confidential space to empower you to bring about the change you need.
I get so much fulfilment giving back through my private and charity counselling work ('Relate' one of the biggest charities in the UK). I’m privileged to have witnessed many couples and individuals greatly benefit from the counselling services I’ve provided.
When I’m not counselling I’m busy baking up a storm in the kitchen, walking my dogs on the moors, swimming, spending time with friends and family, or cosying up with a cup of tea and a good book.
