FAQ

Is counselling right for me?
Counselling can be helpful for a wide range of people experiencing a number of challenges, from anxiety and anger to grief and relationship problems, we can all use a helping hand at some point in life.
Counselling does not tell you what you should do but instead guides you to find your own answers and grow emotionally as a person. If you're still unsure if counselling is right for you then I recommended booking a free no obligation 15 minute phone consult with myself to discuss further.
